Registration Deadline: September 15
This two and a half-day retreat is an opportunity to deepen your practice of centering prayer in an atmosphere of silence and solitude yet accompanied by a community of others devoted to contemplative prayer.
We are excited to—once again—offer this retreat at St. Vincent Seton Cove Spirituality Center. Last year was our first time offering a retreat at Seton Cove and we received excellent feedback on this facility. Conveniently located at 2025 Dugan Drive in Indianapolis, just south of Ascension St. Vincent Hospital on W. 86th St. Seton Cove is a non-profit, interfaith center for spirituality named after Sr. Elizabeth Ann Seton, the foundress of the Daughters of Charity. The Center’s mission is to offer a welcoming place of solace and hospitality, where people of any faith may nourish and foster their spiritual growth in a comfortable and serene setting; nestled in acres of woods that offer an opportunity to experience silence, prayer and natural beauty.
Retreat Fee $350. This includes private bedrooms and bath with single beds, meals, multiple opportunities for centering prayer and educational offerings designed to help deepen the practice of centering prayer. The two-story center is fully accessible with multiple single bedrooms and two handicap-accessible bedrooms with queen-size beds. It also has educational rooms, quiet and comfortable communal space, and a beautiful chapel.
